TUVALU
A. THE COUNTRY
State of Tuvalu is a Polynesian island nation located in the Pacific
Ocean comprised of nine low, coral atolls, eight of which are inhabited.
Government is a parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy
(Queen Elizabeth II). Beyond subsistence farming, the main income
sources are fisheries license fees, internet hosting and remittances
from Tuvaluans abroad, particularly seafarers. Very limited resources,
possibly rising sea levels and modern/global external influences make
this traditional culture fragile.

Evangelicals represent ~17.8% of the population.
Charismatics represent ~3.4% and of those ~3% are Pentecostals.
